ToggleWhy Blaze Was Created?
Your team is already creating tools and apps, but the amount you have to spend on developers and freelancers is ridiculous. Your internal tool could help people in your company who struggle to build things for themselves. Imagine if you could empower your entire team to build their own tools, without writing a single line of code? Well, that’s what Blaze can do purely through drag-and-drop interface design.
Companies have built internal tools for years in order to boost productivity and work efficiency. But the process has always been time-consuming, expensive, and risky. That’s why they built Blaze — so that they have powerful internal tools for their own company. And later Blaze started to work more efficiently than ever before; now for other companies too!
Major Features
Blaze is a NoCode tool that empowers you to build your own web and mobile applications. You don’t need to know how to code to use it — all you need is an idea. The tool has everything you need to build any kind of application, from a simple contact form to a complex, data-driven product. Below are just some of the many features that Blaze offers:
All-in-one builder – Stop using multiple tools for different parts of your app-building process. With Blaze, you can easily plan, design, prototype, and publish your app, all from one place. Blaze lets you supercharge your processes.
Built-in templates – Templates make it easy to build common solutions quickly and with predefined elements like fields, pages, and databases. It matters because when you build a new tech solution without a template, you have to start from scratch. Even if you want to build something that’s common like a form or an order process, you have to create the fields and connect them to the database yourself. Blaze comes with a library of templates that make it easier for you to get started on your project, whether it’s an eCommerce site or a customer loyalty app.
Drag and drop creator – You don’t have to know HTML or CSS in order to create beautiful apps with Blaze. The tool relies on drag and drop elements and easy-to-use design tools, so you can create any feature or page that you want.
External integrations – One of the biggest challenges in building apps is integrating with external systems and databases. While basic integrations have become easier through services like Zapier and IFTTT, they don’t always address the specific needs of businesses.
Many companies have tried to build custom integrations by hand, but that’s where things get complicated. This requires writing your own code, which can be a time-consuming process. It also means you have to maintain that code indefinitely, which often requires hiring a developer or team. If you want to add custom functionality to your app, Blaze allows you to add external integrations such as Shopify, Twilio, Zendesk, and much more.
User permissions – Many businesses need to give different types of access to different users, for example, managers, authors, admin, and more. Blaze gives you control over who can access what.
Enterprise security and scalability – Forget about the security and scalability issues while you’re using Blaze. It runs on SOC2 certified infrastructure. You can evolve your system as you grow. The new, low-code approach to development allows for rapid application development and deployment, with results that are robust, secure, and scalable. The Blaze Platform is a perfect example of how low-code development can be used in the Enterprise arena.
Use Cases
Blaze has many use cases including:
Customer onboarding – The last thing you want to be doing is onboarding customers. Hand Holding new customers through setup and troubleshooting can take hours, distracting you from building your product, finding new customers, and growing your business.
That’s why Blaze was designed from the ground up to automate customer onboarding. This No-Code portal lets you quickly build beautiful landing pages that guide your customers through the sign-up flow. Automated emails offer support during the process and collect feedback to help improve your offering.
SQL Admin Panel – Blaze is an analytics service that allows you to easily create and share SQL-based data visualizations. Using Blaze, any business can easily create an SQL Admin Panel. It also has a visual editor so that non-technical users can interact with the data and generate reports without writing any code.
Product Launch Management – When you’re trying to launch a new product, there are a lot of moving parts. You want to make sure you’re following all the steps, meeting deadlines, and that everything is on track. A Product Launch Management tool is perfect for this because you can use it to assign tasks, track project progression, manage data, and more.
Inventory management – A great inventory management solution lets you know exactly how much of a particular item you have in stock at any given moment. This gives you the confidence to sell your items without worrying about over or understocking.
Blaze Inventory provides real-time management of inventory. The interface is customizable so that it fits your company’s needs. Along with managing inventory, Blaze Inventory can also be used to track orders, manage accounts payable and receivable, and track sales by customer, product, or item location.
Contract workflow – Contracts play a vital role in the business world. It helps organizations to lay down the terms and conditions of their deals with each other in a formal manner. In case of any disputes, contracts act as a document of evidence that can help resolve the problem.
Blaze lets you do revisions and amendments on the same contract without losing its previous version, so you don’t have to go through all the clauses from scratch, just add what is required. This makes your workflow much faster and gives you time to focus on other important tasks.
Customer success dashboard – Blaze offers a seamless customer success dashboard that is accessible to the entire organization. Use it as a CRM, manage customer data, websites, etc. all in one place.
Blaze also offers an automated workflow tool to create and send marketing emails from within your dashboard. You can create custom templates using our drag & drop editor or choose from our pre-designed templates.
Blaze also has some advanced features such as:
- Audience segmentation for more personalized email campaigns
- Behavioral-based emails based on triggers (e.g., the abandoned cart)
- Predictive analytics to predict the risk of churn, rate of decline, etc.
- With Blaze, you can automate everything with a simple drag-and-drop interface.
About Blaze and Team and Founders
Blaze was founded by a team of developers, designers, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping businesses grow through building amazing products. Justyna and Bruno also worked for technology giants like Microsoft and Motorola. Nanxi Liu, Bruno, and Justyna are the cofounders of Blaze. Today, they have 12 team members including the cofounders.
Future Roadmap
Blaze has a vision of serving large-scale enterprises that have more than 500 employees and need a scalable NoCode solution for their own team. This NoCode solution will help them build sustainable product management.
Not only that, but we’ve seen an increased interest from other companies or teams with coders on their team who are looking for ways to ease up their workload. If the developers are spending time working on building a small prototype that can be done in minutes using Blaze, they won’t have to do it. This will allow them to focus on something more important and challenging.
They have also decided to focus on building the following features:
- A user-friendly drag & drop interface that allows teams to create prototypes faster
- Designers and developers can create interactive prototypes within minutes to showcase them to users or clients
- An overview of the overall app experience on one board instead of multiple boards
- Overall faster development cycle due to better collaboration between designers and developers.
Summary
Everyone, no matter what their field of work is, can benefit from software that helps them scale. Blaze is a platform that makes it possible for businesses to find the most efficient and effective ways to meet their growth goals. If you’re looking for a reliable way to grow your business—and an organisation that can give you dedicated support every step of the way—then Blaze is the right choice for you.
In the modern world where everything is being automated, you cannot afford to miss out on the benefits of a NoCode platform. Blaze works best for those who want to start small without spending years getting a degree and shepherding it through the process when they are done. When time gets tight, this is a good way to go.
